JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Devendra Kumar Arora,J.
Notice on behalf of opposite party No.1 has been accepted by learned Chief Standing Counsel and for the opposite parties 2 and 3 notices have been accepted by Mr.I.P.Singh, learned Advocate.
The petitioner being similarly situated person as to the petitioner of writ petition No.716 (SB) of 2010 is seeking the benefit of order passed in the said writ petition on 28th of May, 2010.
Upon perusal of the record we find that the petitioner being a similarly situated person is entitled for the same benefit, therefore, we hereby extend the benefit of order passed in the above noted writ petition to the petitioner of the present writ petition also.
Four weeks time is allowed to file the counter affidavit.
Connect and list alongwith writ petition No.716 (SB) of 2010.
