JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 to 3 has been accepted by Chief Standing Counsel.
The writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 11.01.2011 and the chargesheet dated 11.01.2011 passed by the District Magistrate, Sultanpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned orders have been issued by the District Magistrate, who is not the competent authority as per the U.P. Divisional Commissioners' Offices and District Offices (Collectrates) Personal Assistants and Stenographers Service Rules, 1998.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instructions within three days.
