JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner's case is that he has been restrained from working as An Assistant Teacher in Yug Nirman inter College, Haraq Barabanki. For redressal of his grievance the petitioner has already represented to the District Inspector of Schools,Barabanki.
Therefore, without entering into merits of the case the writ petition is disposed of finally with direction to opposite party no. 2 to take a decision in the matter within one month after receipt of a certified copy of this order.
