It is urged that the amount due to the petitioner at Rs. 14,07.802/- has been duly sanctioned and approved for payment.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the amount has been credited in the account of the petitioner.
In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of at this stage in terms of the compliance affidavit.
In the event, the payment is not received by the petitioner, it will be open to him to take remedy, in accordance with law.
