On the last occasion, this Court passed the following order:-
"List revised. None appears for the revisionist. Learned A.G.A. is present for the State.
List on 27.08.2019.
Learned counsel for the revisionist has to argue this revision on the next date of listing, otherwise, it shall be decided in accordance with law."
Today when the case was taken up in the revised list, none appears for the revisionist.

This criminal revision has been preferred assailing impugned order dated 13.4.2009 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Lucknow in Criminal Appeal No. 48 of 2009 (Narendra Kumar Mishra Vs. State of U.P.) dismissing the appeal preferred by the revisionist.
The Juvenile Justice Board vide order dated 13.2.2009 had rejected the bail application of the revisionist considering the provisions of Section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection) Act, 2000.
The revisionist has been involved in Case Crime No. 196 of 2008 for offence punishable under Section 376 IPC, Police Station Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
Learned trial court as well as appellate court has considered the facts of this crime that revisionist on 13.3.2008 at about 8:30 p.m. took daughter of the informant in a nearby park. The revisionist was the employee of informant. The revisionist, after committing rape on her daughter, was running towards east side after closing chain of his pant. In these circumstances, learned appellate court found that on release future of juvenile accused is not safe morally as well psychologically. In these circumstances, the appeal preferred on behalf of the revisionist was dismissed by the appellate court.
Therefore, no interference is called for in order dated 13.4.2009 passed by the appellate court.
The revision lacks merits, liable to be dismissed. Dismissed accordingly.
