1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Shri Ravindra Singh who appears for respondents.
2. Petitioner prays for issuance of a Mandamus to the respondents to pay the petitioner his entire amount of Gratuity and Provident Fund due to the petitioner. The petitioner has already made a representation in this regard to the respondent No. 2.
3. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of controversy, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate, reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned.
