JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. By way of draft amendment, it is submitted that Survey No.285, O.P. No.22 is not figuring in the advertisement dated 17/6/2011, but still by taking illegal means shops and residential houses and of the petitioner-original plaintiff are demolished.
If no explanation is rendered on oath by the respondents on or before 25/9/2012, the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ahmedabad, to remain personally present on 25/9/2012.
Post this matter on 25/9/2012.
