JUDGMENT / ORDER

In compliance of earlier order dated 18.9.2012 passed by this Court, affidavit-in- reply is filed by the concerned Competent Authority. Shri A.J. Shastri, learned advocate for the petitioners, seeks time. Meantime, no further action be taken by the respondents in any manner so as to change the status quo prevailing as on today.
If any procedure inviting the tender is undertaken by the respondents-Corporation, for execution of work, the same is not stayed. Status quo qua the land in question be maintained.
