Heard Sri Mahesh Prasad Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Sri Vinay Kumar Singh Chandel, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 is not present though a copy of the correction application has been served to him on 20.8.2019.
Supplementary affidavit filed today by learned counsel for the respondent is taken on record. Perusal of the said affidavit shows that a copy of the same has been served to Sri Vinay Kumar Singh Chandel, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 on 27.9.2019.
The present application has been filed for correction of the order dated 16.7.2019.
Perusal of the application transpires that the same is misconceived and is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the present correction application is dismissed with liberty to file an appropriate application.
