Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there are certain defects in the instant writ petition which could not be rectified at the time of filing of the petition and, therefore, a fresh petition needs to be filed. He, therefore, prays that the petition be dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition.
