JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
Considering the order proposed to be passed and as the opposite parties would also be interested in expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the Court below, issuance of notice to private opposite parties is dispensed with.
The petitioner herein seeks expeditious disposal of the mutation proceedings bearing Case No. T-201804710504440 of 2018; Raj Bahadur Vs. Narendra Bahadur Singh under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which are said to be pending since 2018.
Let the Court concerned consider and decide the aforesaid mutation proceedings, say, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted, if there is no other legal impediment.
It is made clear that if there is any mutation proceeding of a date prior to institution of the suit in issue in the said Court it shall be given priority in disposal.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of.
