ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings bearing Rc.No.5143/14L, dated 16.12.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has cancelled the petitioner’s authorisation.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), placed before the Court a copy of the proceedings bearing Rc.No.5143/2014-L, dated 30.12.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has restored the petitioner’s authorisation and directed respondent No.4 to allot essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop.
In view of this subsequent development, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.50788 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
