JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict who is on temporary bail pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 30.5.2012. The Court is of the opinion that no case is made out for extension of the temporary bail.
However, it is made clear that once he surrenders to the jail, he can file fresh application making out appropriate ground for release on temporary bail Application stands rejected accordingly.
