The applicant-convict, having reasonably good jail record, has preferred this application through his wife for grant of temporary bail on the ground of reconstruction/renovation of residential house in dilapidated condition as shown along with the application and affirmed by the mother of the applicant. I am inclined to grant 2 (two) weeks of temporary bail for undertaking repairing of house etc. on furnishing personal bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority on usual terms and condition and shall report in time on expiry of the above period. While on temporary bail, the applicant shall mark presence once in a week before the nearest police station.
The application is allowed accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
