(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 45 days so as to undertake 'Asthi Visarjan' of his father.
A death certificate is enclosed revealing that his father died on 6.3.2010. Incidentally, that was the period when he was absconding after being released on furlough leave with effect from 1.10.2008 to 14.10.2008. He was lodged back in jail only on 28.5.2010, after being arrested by the police.
No case is made out for grant of temporary bail. Hence, it is rejected.
