JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)
1. The present application is filed by the convict through jail praying that the amount of deposit prescribed in Order dated 27.04.2012 while granting a temporary bail be reduced. The amount prescribed is Rs.10,000/-.
2. The jail remarks are produced on record. On perusal of the same, it is noticed that the convict has enjoyed furlough in the month May-June, 2012. It is learnt that at the time of release on furlough, he has to deposit only Rs.100/-.
3. Besides, it is mentioned in the application that the convict belongs to a very poor family and his father is aged about 75 years and he has four children.
4. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, the amount is reduced to Rs.100/- at par with the amount required to be deposited for release on furlough. The application is allowed.
