Learned Advocate Mr.Samir Gohil for learned Advocate Mr.A.S.Supehia for the applicant states that though interim relief is granted by order dated 24.11.2011, subject to paying benefits of Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, the respondents are not paying benefits of Section 17-B.
Registry is directed to issue NOTICE to show cause as to why action under the contempt of Court should not be taken against the Principal, M.P.Blind Vidhyalaya, Opp. Hathikhana, M.G.Road, Junagadh.
In the event, the benefits as payable under Section 17-B are not paid, a responsible officer not below the rank of Deputy Director, Social Defence Department, State of Gujarat, Gandhinagar shall remain personally present before the Court at 02.30 pm on 10.02.2012.
