Heard Sri R.K. Param Hans holding brief of Sri Rajendra Singh Sengar, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This criminal appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant, challenging the judgment and order dated 13.8.1990 passed by the IXth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kanpur Dehat in Sessions Trial No.277 of 1989 convicting the and sentencing the appellant under Section 511 IPC to 1 year and 2 months R.I. and a fine of Rs. 500/- in default thereof to undergo S.I. for 6 months S.I.
Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the accused has already been served sentences as imposed by the learned trial Court. He has further submitted that the fine as imposed by the learned trial Court has already been deposited.
At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant does not want to press this appeal. Hence, the present appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
