JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the Stage.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 2408 of 2010, under Section 12 of Protection of Women Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Cantt, District Kanpur Nagar.
Learned counsel for the applicants has failed to make out any case for quashing of the complaint. However, it will be open to the applicants to raise all the objections which have been taken by him in this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. before the concerned Magistrate.
Subject to the aforesaid observation, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of.
