Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Ram Tiwari, learned counsel for informant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Naresh Pal and Roopwati, with a prayer to release them on bail in Complaint Case No.811 of 2018, under Sections- 364, 420 I.P.C., Police Station- Rajpura, District- Sambhal, during pendency of trial.
There is allegation in the first information report that a sale deed was executed by the father of the informant on 31.10.2011 in favour of the applicant no.2. The applicant no.1 is the witness of the sale deed. It is alleged that after the execution of sale deed, the father of the informant is missing and his whereabouts are not known.
In view of above, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is rejected.
