Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Anil Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the private respondent no.4, Sri Deepak Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the state and perused on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the FIR dated 7.4.2018 registered as case Crime No. 0170 of 2018 under Section 295 I.P.C., Police Station Kunwargaon, District Budaun.
In view of unconditional apology tendered by the petitioner as well as respondent no. 4, the proceedings against the petitioner is dropped with a caution to both the parties to not repeat such action in future failing which, an action would be taken by this court.
Let the matter be consigned to record.
