O R D E R A joint memo has been filed by the parties duly signed by them along with the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, reporting the compromise entered into between the parties, before taking out the advertisement in the matter.
2. The said joint memo is placed on record.
3. The Company Petition stands disposed of in terms of the joint memo.
4. It is made clear that liberty is reserved to the petitioner to revive the Company Petition in the event of the conditions stipulated in the joint memo is not adhered by the respondent – Company as agreed upon between the parties.
5. It is needless to observe that the respondent – Company shall issue TDS Form – 16 as required under the law to the petitioner forthwith.
