This petition for writ is preferred to challenge an award dated 15th November, 2017 passed by the Arbitrator in Arbitration No.9.
An award given by the Arbitrator can be challenged by way of filing an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and as such, we are not inclined to entertain this petition for writ.
The writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
