Heard learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This transfer application has been filed by the applicant Naresh Madan with a prayer that the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 2906 of 2006 arising out of case crime no. 206 of 2005 under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., pending in the court of learned ACJM-I, Gautambudh Nagar may be transferred to any other Court of adjoining district.
From the perusal of the record, it appears that there is no good ground for transferring the proceedings of above mentioned case from District- Gautambudh Nagar to any other adjoining district, such prayer is refused. The interim order dated 22.2.2006 passed by the another Bench of this Court is hereby vacated.
Accordingly, this transfer application is dismissed.
Let a copy of this order may be communicated to learned CJM, Gautambudh Nagar to proceed further in the present case in accordance with law.
