After a brief submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter may be sent to the local Mediation and Conciliation Centre so as to reconcile the dispute between the parties through the said process.
On the said assertion, a liberty is granted to the petitioner to make an application before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra.
On the presentation of the said application, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra shall issue notice to the respondent/wife and pass orders for sending the matter to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre, in accordance with law.
