Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the communication dated 28 May 2019 appended at annexure-4 to the writ petition shall be duly attended to and the case of the petitioner for grant of age relaxation benefits taken by that respondent and a formal decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
