Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of the present writ petition, a direction is sought to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Banda to decide the Rent Case No. 4 of 2014 (Naresh Kumar vs. Raja Ram) expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the petitioner relying upon the order sheet which has been filed along with the petition submits that proceedings are at the stage of arguments and regular dates are being fixed but for some reason or other the case is being adjourned and the delay in disposal of the suit is causing undue hardship to the petitioner.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that in case the petitioner appears before the court below and does not seek any unnecessary adjournment it is expected that the court below would make an endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law provided there is no other legal impediment.
