Sri N.K. Singh is present on behalf of the petitioner. He is praying for adjournment.
I find that Sri N.K. Singh has already given no objection putting the endorsement of no objection on 20.01.2018 on the Vakalatnama of Sri Ram Kumar Dubey, Advocate who has also filed an application dated 28.02.2017. He is not present in the Court today. The petition is of the year 2005.
Under such circumstance, prayer for adjournment made by Sri N.K. Singh is rejected.
