The petitioner had participated in the selection of constable in the year 2013. Under the OBC category, the petitioner has obtained 307.233 and the last selected candidate in the said category has obtained 308.5096. It is submitted that there are number of vacancies and if they are filled, the petitioner may get a chance to be selected.The petitioner has made a representation in this regard which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case such a representation is pending, the same be considered and decided by the authority concerned by a speaking order.
