JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M.A.No.13745 of 2012) This is an application for correction in the order dated 30.01.2012.
The submission of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner is that it appears that due to typographical error the date 30.01.2012 has been transcribed instead of 31.01.2012.
I have considered the submission of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner and perused the record.
On due consideration, the application is allowed and in the order, the date 30.01.2012 is substituted with 31.01.2012.
