On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant failed to point out wilful and deliberate disobedience of the writ court order The contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file a proper petition under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code Act, 2006 after impleading the necessary and proper parties.
