Supplementary affidavit filed today be kept with the record.
It is admitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- which has now become 2,31,033/- is due towards the petitioner. Since it is an admitted amount and as per our own order crisis of money is not a ground for the governmental authority not to pay amount due, therefore, we direct the authority concerned to pay the amount within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order before him along with simple interest @ 6% per annum positively. In case of default the person responsible will be called before the Court and appropriate order will be passed.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of at the stage of admission, however, without imposing any cost.
