Sri Manish Jauhari submitted that respondent no. 6 was found successful for the allotment of Kisan Sewa Kendra which was challenged by way of a complaint to the Indian Oil Corporation by the petitioner for the reason that respondent no. 6 did not possess requisite eligibility in as much as the land shown to be held by him was a lease hold land. Thus, the allotment was cancelled as the letter of intent had not been issued by that time. Hence it was decided to hold a re-interview which was challenged by way of the instant writ petition by the petitioner on the ground that once the respondent no. 6 failed to fulfill the requirements of the eligibility and his complaint was accepted, his claim for allotment should have been allowed on that account. Further the said writ petition was amended to challenge the exercise of second interview, now for the reason that he was not called in that interview. Respondent no. 6 also filed a writ petition to issue mandamus for the declaration of result while contending that he had again been found successful in re-interview and thus he fulfilled all the requirements of eligibility for issuance of the letter of intent.
Both the writ petitions are before us.
However, Sri L.P. Mishra prays for one day's accommodation on the ground of his personal difficulty.
