JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he has challenged the order of the Appellate Court dated 21.6.2007 and not the order dated 27.7.2006, passed by the District Magistrate, Meerut in the writ petition.
By means of present amendment application, the petitioner wants to challenge the order passed by the District Magistrate, Meerut dated 27.7.2006.
The amendment application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to amend the writ petition questioning the order of the District Magistrate, Meerut. Let this be done within a period of one week.
List in the week commencing 26th September, 2011.
