JUDGMENT / ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) In this appeal, the judgment and order under challenge is the same, which is challenged in Criminal Appeal No.1713/2012. That appeal is admitted by this Court by order dated 26/11/2012. Heard Mr. Panchal- learned Special Public Prosecutor on behalf of respondent-State. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of appellants, appeal is Admitted.
