Rule.

Mr.H.L. Jani, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.

Heard Mr.D.K. Puj, learned counsel for the applicant. He states that vide order dated 28th September, 2010 the applicant was released on same bail fresh bond by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.8758 of 2010. However, as the Record and Proceedings are lying with the Registry of this Court, the concerned trial Court is not executing the bond.

Hence, Registry is directed to send the Record and Proceedings to the concerned trial Court forthwith.
