Shri Vinod Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the respondents passed on to the court the instructions, which shows that the entire dues as claimed by the petitioner in the writ petition have been paid to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner also admits that the entire payments have been made to the petitioner and the writ petition has become infructuous.
In this view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
