By this application, the applicant seeks fixation of an early date of hearing of Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.13797 of 2009 or in the alternative, vacation of the interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 18.2.2011 made in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.13797 of 2009.
Heard Mr. S. R. Yadav, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. K. P. Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State.
Having regard to the averments made in the application, the application is allowed. Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.13797 of 2009 to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 18th June, 2012. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
