Narayanbhai vs Assistant

Heard Mr.Mukesh H. Rathod, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that the petitioner has worked as Driver for four years and six months. He has also completed 240 days in the calender year except in 2004, when his service was abruptly terminated. However, the Labour Court considering his appointment to be a contractual one, has rejected the reference even though there is no material on record to show that the petitioner has been engaged on contractual basis.
