JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Crl.O.P., is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 8.9.2016.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the representation dated 8.9.2016 preferred by the petitioner to the respondent had already been forwarded to the Thasildar, Thittakudi for necessary action.
3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and considering the fact that the respondents had already taken steps to process the complaint for taking necessary action, this court is of the considered view that it is suffice to direct the respondents to communicate the concerned authorities to look into the matter and take necessary action in accordance with law.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
