JUDGMENT / ORDER

The revision has been filed by the revision petitioner against the order, dismissing the application to set aside the ex-parte order. Cost paid and memo produced. So, the revision is allowed and the ex-parte order of maintenance passed by the Court below, is set aside and the matter is remitted to the Court below for fresh disposal, in accordance with law. The parties are directed to appear before the court below on 7/1/2015 and the Court below is directed to expediate the disposal of the case, as it is the case of 2012, as expeditiously as possible at any rate within 4 months from the date of receipt of the order or the date of appearance of parties as directed by this Court, whichever is earlier. Office is directed to communicate this order to the concerned Court immediately.
