THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Petitioner herein is seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent – Tahsildar, Malur Taluk, Kolar District, to consider Form No.53 filed by her on 15.12.1998 with reference to land bearing Sy.No.11, measuring to an extent of 4 acres situated at Nambiganahalli, Malur Taluk, Kolar District.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration to- day, the learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that presently the Committee for Regularization of Unauthorized Occupation of lands is not constituted, as soon as the same is constituted the petitioner’s application/Form No.53 will be placed before it and disposed of in accordance with law within three months from the date of placing the application before the said Committee.
His submission is placed on record. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
Learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within two weeks from today.
