Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1 and Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondents/Jal Nigam.
Today when the matter is taken up, Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondents/Jal Nigam on the basis of the instructions states that the claim of petitioner shall be got examined and all dues payable to him shall be cleared within a period of three months from today.
In view of the undertaking given by Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondents/Jal Nigam, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay all the post retiral dues of the petitioner within a period of three months from today.
