Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the material on record.
The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants for quashing the charge sheet dated 19.10.2014 arising out of NCR No.66 2014, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Konch District Jalaun, pending in the Court of J.M, Konch, Jalaun.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments made in the present application, I do not find any force in the application, which may warrant any interference by this Court in exercise of power conferred under section 482 Cr.P.C. jurisdiction.
Accordingly, the application lacks merit and is dismissed.
