Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has approached this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for expeditious disposal of the Application No.12kha dated 06.06.2018 and Application no.16 Ga dated 23.08.2018 in the pending Suit No.295 of 2015 (Smt. Shivani Vashisth Vs. Narayan Dutt Vashisth, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Etawah.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the above applications dated 06.06.2018 and 23.08.2018 shall be decided by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Etawah, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order after giving full opportunity of hearing to the parties.
