THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R The petitioner has assailed the impugned demand notice dated 21.10.2019 issued by respondent No.1, inter alia, seeking for a direction to the respondent to fix proper sital value and execute Sale Deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of Site Nos.2449, 2450, 2451, 2533 in Banashankari, 6th Stage, 3rd Blcok, Bangalore.
2. Learned counsel for the parties submit ad- idem that the issue involved herein is no more res- integra and is squarely covered by the order of this Court passed in W.P.Nos.8108-8110/2019 (D.D. 25.03.2019).
3. The said submission is placed on record.
4. Hence, the impugned demand notice at Annexure – B dated 21.10.2019 is quashed insofar as the value of the sites is concerned. The respondent – Bangalore Development Authority is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of Annexure – D, and make appropriate demands on the petitioner in respect of the sites allotted as per Annexures – A, A1, A2 and A3 to the writ petition.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
