JUDGMENT / ORDER

[1] Present application is filed by the disciple - Bhupendrabhai Patel of the convict - Narandas Shastri Guru Somprakash Dasji seeking parole for a period of 30 days so as to perform Astivisarjan at Haridwar, one of the disciple of convict.
[2] Party in person is present in the Court and states that Bhandara after the death of disciple of the convict is also to be performed.
[3] Bhandara and Asthivisarjan can wait and it is not a case for which grant of parole leave is required. Hence, the application is rejected.
