Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned counsel for party respondent as well as learned Government Pleader.
2. 4th respondent was an employee of petitioner who is under suspension. According to petitioner, along with supporters, he was obstructing peaceful functioning of the bank, therefore they are before this Court. By virtue of interim order dated 16.05.2014, respondents 1 and 2 were directed to ensure normal functioning of the bank, though allowed 4th respondent and his supporters to conduct peaceful dharna, agitation or other demonstration. 4th respondent, in spite of service of notice issued, is absent.
W.P.(c) No.12660 of 2014 2 In the light of the same, interim order dated 16.5.2014 is made absolute. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
