1. Rule.
Ms. Shah learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the State.
2. The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to undertake the agricultural work.
3. It appears from the jail report, the applicant -convict has recently enjoyed furlough in October-November, 2011 and just prior that to, he was released on parole.
4. Under the circumstances, discretion does not deserve to be exercised, and therefore, the present application is not granted. Rule is discharged.
