Naran vs State

This application is preferred by the applicant convict for grant of parole of 30 days on the ground of preferring an appeal in the High Court.

The application is rejected by the competent authority on the ground of adverse opinion received. Besides the applicant convict has been recently convicted under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 328, 341, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the above aspect, and since no convincing ground appears for exercise of powers, this application is rejected.
